      Banana smoothie

      Serves: Makes 350mL – serves 1

      Ingredients:

      • 3 scoops Ensure Vanilla Powder
      • 250mL full cream milk
      • ½ banana, peeled and cut into chunks
      • ½ teaspoon honey
      • Pinch of nutmeg

      Nutrition content per serve:

      • Energy: 1452kJ
      • Protein: 13.8g
      • Fat: 12.8g
      • Saturated fat: 6.2g
      • Carbohydrate: 43.6g
      • Sugars: 30.1g
      • Fibre: 2.4g
      • Sodium: 188mg

      Method:

      1. Add milk, Ensure Powder, banana, honey and nutmeg in a blender.
      2. Blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
