    Blueberry & peanut butter porridge

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients:

    • 2 scoops Ensure Vanilla Powder
    • 50g cup rolled oats
    • 1 cup full cream milk
    • Pinch of nutmeg
    • Pinch of cinnamon
    • ½ medium banana, sliced
    • 1/3 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
    • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter

    Method:

    1. Combine oats, milk and spices in a pot and cook on low heat. Once oats become soft, add banana.
    2. Prior to serving add Ensure Powder, blueberries and peanut butter and stir through.
    3. Serve hot.
    4. Serve with Greek yoghurt.
