      Serves: Makes 350mL – serves 1

      Ingredients:

      • 3 scoops Ensure Vanilla Powder
      • 250mL full cream milk
      • ½ cup strawberries
      • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

      • Protein: 15.8g
      • Fat: 16.9g
      • Saturated fat: 8.7g
      • Carbohydrate: 37.7g
      • Sugars: 27.5g
      • Fibre: 3.7g
      • Sodium: 221mg

      Method:

      1. Add milk, Ensure powder, strawberries and Greek yoghurt to a blender.
      2. Blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
